Born in 1974, Cédric has already more than 20 years’ experience in financial matters, especially in private equity. During the years, he has contributed to the development of numerous economic and commercial projects in Europe, becoming quite an expert in these fields, while building a network of HNW and UHNW individuals in several countries. In 2003, Cédric and Ingo Hepp launched the Belgian based company Investment for Wealth AG, a professional adventure that would lead to the current structure. Today, Cédric is a Director of iW Partners SA. Cédric holds a Master Degree in Administration and Management and a University Degree in economic sciences. He is also graduated in marketing management.
Sandra started her career with the asset management company of JP Morgan in Luxembourg, first as a Transfer Agent before joining the Compliance department for almost 10 years. Sandra then joined the Wealth Manager Petercam, where she became Chief Compliance Officer, General Secretariat and Legal Officer. She also participated in the constitution of the Management Company of this group, which she joined as a Conducting Officer. Following the merger with the Degroof Group, Sandra joined Degroof Petercam Asset Services in 2016 and more particularly the Project Department. She joined IW Partners in 2019. Sandra graduated in Law from the University of Liège with a specialization in European and International Law from the University of Maastricht. Her main focus is the legal field, Compliance but also Project Management. Sandra speaks French, Italian, English and has some knowledge of Spanish.
After 7 years dedicated to the industrial sector, Jean-Nicolas first joined the Axa Group as Project Manager Officer. He then joined KPMG in the Advisory department before joining the Degroof Group in 2009. Within the Degroof Group, he successively joined the Bank’s Project division, then joined the management company where he held the positions of Chief Compliance Officer and then Chief Risk Officer. When the Degroof and Petercam groups merged, Jean-Nicolas coordinated the merger of the management companies in Luxembourg, then the migration of Petercam’s funds to the Group’s platform. Jean-Nicolas joined IW Partners in 2019. Jean-Nicolas is an engineer, graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Toulouse in Applied Mathematics and speaks French, English and some Russian. His centres of expertise are Project Management, Compliance and Risk Management.

Born in 1969, Jean-Charles was, in the late ’90s, senior portfolio manager of the awarded bond, money market and mixed funds of the KBL-EPB Group in Luxembourg. From 2002 to 2006, he acted as a senior portfolio manager with Petercam in Brussels, where he set up and managed the open-architecture products. In 2005, Jean-Charles launched the fund of funds Apis Lucrosa Ltd for a group of families and finally joined the Management Board of iW Alternative SIF in 2012. In 2014, Jean-Charles supervised the 2014 incorporation of Apis Lucrosa Ltd in the iW Alternative SIF – Apis Lucrosa sub-fund and is today Investment Manager, in charge of the selection of external asset managers. Jean-Charles holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Namur and a post-graduate degree in International Relations from the University of Vienna.
Born in 1976, Ingo started his career in 1998, when he joined the trading room at Riga & Cie, a Belgian based investment firm later aquired by Banque Degroof. Year after year, his expertise grew and enabled him to obtain the necessary certificates and become a market maker for the Euronext and Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In 2003, he founded with Cédric Marchal the Belgian based company Investment for Wealth AG, in which he worked as an authorized representative for Petercam, one of the biggest independant investment firms in Belgium. In 2012 he launched the umbrella iW Alternative SIF and, later, strongly contributed to the incorporation of iW Partners as a fully licensed AIFM. He was appointed as a Managing Director of iW Partners where he was channeling all his energies in the distribution of our funds.
In July 2019, Ingo passed away in a tragic car accident. He will forever inspire the development of the company’s future activities.
